Registration
Registration for courses can be done online or by emailing us. After the free sessions, courses cannot be continued without paying the full fee.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Instructor-led live online virtual courses need a minimum number of learners to go ahead and will be cancelled by us if too few bookings are made. We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses. We aim to give at least 3 days’ notice if a course is to be cancelled. If we cancel a course you have the option of transferring to another batch or have a full refund. We will not be liable for any losses arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of courses other than the course cost.
You may cancel your booking 3 days prior to the course start date and be entitled to get a full refund. If you cancel your place within 3 days you will not be entitled to get a refund.
No refund will be provided for not attending a course.
Advertised Tutors and Courses
There will be times where the advertised tutor will not be available to run the course. This could be due to sickness, other professional engagements or un-forseen circumstances and the course date could be changed. If any student is unable to attend on the new course date, he/she will be provided full refund.
Changes to course content may occur; primarily this is to benefit the student.
